Brookstone Helicopter Spinning Problem

power field ... "Unobjectionable" narco

When I read the editorial in the Diario de Juarez, entitled "What they want from us? ( http://www.nuestramirada.org/forum/topics/que-quieren-de-nosotros ), two words caught my attention. The first was "As information workers want to tell us what they want from us what we publish or intend to cease to publish, knowing what to expect. " I think this sentence is a request of truce, nor any request for negotiation. The sentence is clear, it is the recognition aloud what many know, the full power of the drug in this country and the specific request of clear rules to an actor who works in unpredictable ways.
The second sentence was: "You are, at present, the de facto authorities in this city, because the controls have been instituted legally do anything to prevent our partners continue to fall, although we have been repeatedly required. Nor do in this paragraph any request for respite or outline of negotiation. El Diario de Juarez, has the courage to put in black and white, the feeling of a great number of Mexicans, to name the real power in many regions of the country operates outside any institutional constraint. They are the law and against the evidence "irrefutable" (as stated by the publisher) of this power, calls for a minimum of rationality, a rare commodity in this country so hurt.
Reading this editorial, far from seeming like a surrender, it seems a risky strategy, without it, "to name the unnamable, it closed by the collective unconscious: we are hostages while actors useful in a scenario in which too many speculations and missing information. It is a white dart to the heart of the system is a message to society, not drug traffickers, is a message addressed to President Calderon and his "politics" of security. Hence the nervousness of formal power, so the officials barricaded hasty statements on false headers "narcos truce to ask," focusing on the same logic with which the mainstream media tend to simplify reality.
after me still images from my last visit to Ciudad Juarez for a couple of months, my impression at the deterioration of public space, streets empty and the evidence constant "war." "Arrangements" tacit to live in fear, "programs of action" arising from this fear. The entrenchment of urban rifles richest areas, the hostile landscape of the maquilas as post-apocalyptic scenario of extracting value from the bodies. I remember my own estrangement (recorded in a diary over two years of following these issues and I've lost in mysterious ways) to discover that there Juarenses as families and portraits at the mall everyday Rio Grande Mall, located in Paseo Triunfo de la República and Adolfo Lopez Mateos, right where Luis Carlos Santiago Orozco 21-year-old photojournalist from the Journal of Juarez was killed and another wounded comrade hit by two bullets. I have massed in the throat the voice and face of the mother of one of the accused in the slaughter of Salvarcar Villas, which I received at home for me to learn the meaning of what the extreme vulnerability and lack of law.
No, the real power to ask what to expect, I do not surrender, but a way to return the size of the disaster, not just with rhetoric, or the army in the streets.
What they want from us? We do not want to agree, we want to understand ... and know what to expect. The power of the paralegal is a fact hardly objectionable.

National Youth Platform. Protest and Pain

This Viaduct echoes the voices of these young people and many more. Worth listening to.

A civil society organizations working with and for young people;
to the young people and youth groups;
At and academics;
to the media in solidarity with our effort,
A the defenders of human rights;
A dead young men and women in the context of a war, we did not order or want to participate

been 19 days that ended World Youth Conference held in the state of Guanajuato from 23 to 27 September.
Today on the eve of the Bicentennial Celebration of the Independence of Mexico and the centennial of the revolution and starting the International Youth Year, we want to publish some situations that affect and hinder the development of the country and the exercise of our citizenship the decision making process.
publicly denounce:
indifference and irresponsibility of the Mexican State, through the Mexican Youth Institute and Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Sports of the Chamber of Deputies and the Foreign Ministry to ensure that the political processes within the Conference Youth World be transparent and democratic. That
not read or seen the Declaration of NGOs, a valuable result of democratic and progressive process in which youth participate in various countries, who for two long days agreed diverse views and developed a comprehensive document, which was not taken up by the organizers World Conference discussions and Government Forum for discussion of the Parliamentarians Forum.
's consent and complicity of the Federal Government and State Government of Guanajuato to facilitate the participation of priests and people of right-wing groups who were involved throughout the development of the World Youth Conference where through undemocratic practices made a false declaration official stationery of the CMJ in the plenary hall, which was repeated in the Forum of Parliamentarians.
undemocratic behavior, of complicity and the discretionary use of power by Mr. Rogelio Gómez Hermosillo (president of the civic association Civic Alliance, who served as civil society and not government officials) and from this place called the Committee of Civil Society International to try to negotiate, on behalf of the federal government the disappearance of the subject of safe abortion and sexual and reproductive rights in the final declaration of the NGO's under the threat that if not removed disavow the government point Declaration of NGOs
The lack of respect and inconsistency Lanzagorta Teresa Bonilla, director general of BC Youth Services, and wife of Mr. Gómez Hermosilo who was responsible for the contents of the World Youth Conference, and who devoted to render invisible and minimize the profile of the NGO Forum and its Declaration. She was one of those responsible, to hinder the Declaration of NGOs to distribute not the beginning of the work of Government Forum, and submit it to the end of the discussion.
A lack of seriousness and silliness of the driving exacerbated on international politics, as there was a total lack of respect for the participants in the forum of governments, by lack of methodology and logistics.
The Forum of Parliamentarians, never had a real connection with what happened in Leon and was characterized by its low profile. Was prevented by the IMJUVE the NGO declaration was read and distributed in that space. We attempted to deny the opening of already limited space for young people accredited to the Conference. Opacity again prevailed, there was a lack of methodology, the drafters of the declaration of MPs MPs were not personal but Anahuac University, cared observers spaces with groups of young conservatives without any oversight by the President the Commission or MPs invited. A date has not been released the Declaration of the Forum.
is why we demand ...
clear and transparent accounts by the Mexican Youth Institute and the participating government agencies on the use and allocation of resources invested for the implementation of the World Youth Conference.
The distribution of the Declaration of NGOs and the Government Forum of all institutes of Youth in the States and Members of Parliament and our country as well as their dissemination at national level.
The immediate resignation of Priscilla Vera IMJUVE because it failed more than the good conduct of the Conference and it has not shown to respect and enforce the rights of youths. Because our rights can not be corrected by minutes of silence or silly like buckets for gifts, but for the development and implementation of legal frameworks and public policies that promote development and decision making on the projects the youths living in Mexico.
public apology Rogelio Gómez Hermosillo, Teresa Lanzagorta not represent the diversity of organized civil society, much less of young voices, complicit and facilitate the political game the Federal Government and the Mexican Institute of Youth and slow democratic processes by making use of their discretionary power and position as consultants to the Institute.
The redesign and restructuring of the Mexican Institute of Youth to have an institution that no longer simulations and work on a political agenda on youth human rights perspective and gender, in which he discussed the various policy areas social, environmental and cultural measures to ensure the full exercise of the rights and youth.
Beyond the failed World Youth Conference urge the Federal Executive and the Legislature's ratification of the Iberoamerican Convention on the Rights of Youth. At the same time we support any and all those young people who increasingly see more violated our human rights, demonstrating that the government's actions run counter to a dignified life for the youth across the country.

NO MORE VIOLATIONS OF HUMAN RIGHTS on the young people under the pretext of combating drug trafficking.
